CAP is a group of community members committed to building a safe, healthy, and drug free community by preventing and reducing substance abuse among youth and young adults.  CAP has now grown into a group that represents all sectors of the community.  In an effort to prevent and reduce substance abuse among our youth, we need our entire community to adopt a proactive approach.  By building the assets of our youth, we build positive attitudes and reduce the high-risk behaviors that CAP is dedicated to changing.  To become a CAP member all you have to do is attend our meetings once a month. They are held the first Wednesday of each month at 9:00 am at CPRWC in Washington. For more information call 908-835-1800 or visit our website at www.capwc.org.
